He was predeceased by: his father Dennis Ray Roark; his brother Josh Roark; and his wife Jaclyn Craigo Roark. He is survived by: his mother Nanette Roark of White Oak; his siblings, Meredith Davis of Hinton and John Patrick Roark of Ghent; and his stepchildren, Emily Midkiff and RJ Midkiff.
