With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ruth Vincent of Gerrardstown, West Virginia, who passed away on May 25, 2021 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Paul Silver and Mida Frances Shriver Silver; her husband Lewis Vincent, III; her daughter Regina Maria Martinson; and her brother Elmer Silver.
She is survived by: her son Ricky Vincent; and her sisters, Julia Lucas and Evelyn Miller. She is also survived by six grandchildren; four great-grandchildren.
Visitors will be required to wear face masks, practice social distancing, and follow directives.
