He is survived by: his children, Richard "Pete" Boone, Jr. of Virginia Beach, Daniel Boone of Norfolk, Brandon Bosley of Middetown, Marisa Boone of Gerrardstown and Sheila Boykins of Virginia Beach; his grandchildren, Ayesha Shoulders and Kaiden Crawford; and his sister Evelyn Boone Boykin.
