It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Neal Leonard Rickard of Gerrardstown, West Virginia, who passed away on December 30, 2021, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilbur Rickard and Mazie Bell Myers Rickard; his daughter Kim S. Daniels; and his siblings, Paul Rickard, Wayne Rickard, Ethel Shank, Phyllis Mason and Janet Hutzler.
He is survived by: his wife Frances Shirley Ring Rickard; his children, Scott L. Rickard, Sr. (Lisa) of Gerrardstown and Tina Pendleton (David) of Maxton, NC; his grandchildren, Jennifer R. Daniels-Roy, Scott L. Rickard, Jr., Michael T. and Joshua R. Rickard; his great grandchildren, Michael, Jr., Emmett, Anna Marie and Cora Beth Rapp; and his brother Junior Rickard of Glengary.
