She was predeceased by: her parents, Anfield Shifflett and Lillie William Shifflet; her husband Rev. Curtis E. Palmer, Sr.; her grandchildren, Stacy Lynn Palmer and Andrew Curtis Palmer; and her siblings, Ray, Bill, Donny, Paul, Charles, Peter, David, Ruby, Peggy, Dorothy and Marie.
She is survived by: her stepmother Lena Shifflett; her sons, Curtis Palmer, Jr. (Linda) and David Palmer (Brenda); and her sisters, Mary, Ruth and Ella Jean. She is also survived by four grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; six great great grandchildren.
