He is survived by: his children, Cynthia L. Drummond (Thomas) of Gerrardstown, WV, Jeffrey S. Lanning (Lynn) of Lansdale, PA and John D. Lanning (Camie) of North Logan, UT; his grandchildren, Noah, Jennifer Drummond, Jessica, Abby Lanning, Tiffany and David Lanning; his siblings, Alfred Lanning, Joseph Lanning (Joan), Robert Lanning (JoAnne) and Regina Lanning; and his sister-in-law Geraldine Piatt Ready. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
