He is survived by: his children, Heather Cookerly (John), David Cookerly (Dreama), Kara Cochran (Terry) and Aaron Cookerly; his siblings, Greg Cookerly (Pamela) and Tamra Clark; his grandchildren, Isiah Cookerly, David Cookerly, Aurora Cookerly, Chas Sizemore and Brooke Sizemore; and his pets, Tasha and Sophie. He is also survived by four great grandchildren.
