He is survived by: his parents, John Clark, Sr. and Dorris Messick Clark; his wife Chasity Clark; his children, Jacob Clark, Elizabeth Perry and Samantha Clark; and his siblings, John Clark, Jr., Scott Clark, Francis Gilboyne and Robin Hess. He is also survived by four grandchildren.
