He was predeceased by: his parents, John Holley and Dorothy Mae Holley (Foster); his son Ricky Holley; and his siblings-in-law, Jean Cantrell, Joan Peters, John, James, Thomas, William and Dennis McCloud.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara R. Holley (McCloud); his grandchildren, Brittany Holley, Dalton Grady and Scott Holley; his great grandchild Kiara Grady; his half-siblings, Chris, Steven, Joyce and Jean; and his siblings-in-law, June Long (Bob) of Keyser, Betty Laffin of Baltimore, MD and Frank Cantrell of Liberty, SC. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
