He was predeceased by: his parents, David Christian Sutphin and Doris Jean Lovett Sutphin; and his son Adam Michael Sutphin. He is survived by: his girlfriend Cindy Elliott; his sisters, Donna Hime and Dora Sutphin; and his grandson Christian Sutphin. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
