He is survived by: his children, Walter Raymond (Mitchell Jr.), Tracy Dale Mitchell and Delinda Marie Mitchell of Prichard, W. V; his significant other Crissy Garrison of Wayne; and his sisters, Paula Smith of Traveler's Rest, S. C. and Marietta Brooks of East Lynn, W. V.
