She is survived by: her husband Charles Osburn; her children, Teresa Maynard (Paul) of Wayne, W. V, Kathy Osburn of Genoa, Deana Osburn of Genoa and Early Osburn of Genoa; her grandchildren, Angela Chandler (Charlie) and Richard Maynard (Darla) of Ona, W. V; her great grandchildren, Destiny and Jack Chandler; and her sisters-in-law, Beulah Ullman (Thurman) of Ohio and Wanda Perry (Glen) of Dunlow, W. V. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, family and friends.
