She was predeceased by: her mother Edna Saylor Slaven; her husband Jay Preston; her son Anthony Wade Preston; and her siblings, Bonnie Willenbrink, Barbara Pabst, Elizabeth Louise Stouffer, Oscar Shaver, Douglas Slaven and Larry Slaven.
She is survived by: her children, Woneeka Stephens (Matthew) of Wayne, WV and Millard Preston (Donna) of South Point, OH; her grandchildren, Dr. Jordan Preston and Kelsey Petticrew (Zach); her great grandchildren, Addison, Kinlee, Elizabeth, Prestyn and Tyler; and her sister-in-law Sandy Shaver.
