He was predeceased by: his parents, Charley Moore and Roberta Snow Moore. He is survived by: his wife Laura Mae Collins Moore; his children, Tammy Jo Moore of Shelby, OH, William Jeffery Moore of Mansfield, OH, Jeremy Clinton Moore of Galion, OH and Charlie Anthony Moore (Kendra) of Howard, OH; his stepdaughters, Carol Dean (Shawn) of New Washington, OH, Big Kate of Huntington, WV and Julianna Lewis (Austin) of Crestline, OH; and his siblings, Arzella Pratt (Bernard) of Genoa, WV and Kirby Moore (Margaret) of Mansfield, OH. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
