It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mack Spence Jr. of Genoa, West Virginia, who passed away on April 6, 2025, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Mack Spence Jr. to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Ellen and Bernie "Bush" Spence; and his siblings, Zeke Spence and Fannie Garcia. He is survived by: his wife Martha Ann Spence; his stepchildren, Savannah Brumfield (Perry Plymale), Lashonda Jervis and Joseph Jervis; his parents-in-law, Joe and Lavonda Vannatter; his brother-in-law Adam Vannatter of Genoa; and his brothers, Woody Spence (Connie) of Wayne, W. Va and Jeff Spence (Debbie) of Portsmouth, Ohio. He is also survived by nieces and nephews; as well as a host of family and friends.
A funeral service was held on Wednesday, April 9th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Johnson Tiller Funeral Home (10030 WV-152, Wayne, WV 25570).
