She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Rowe and Mary Ramey; and her siblings, Paul Daniel Rowe and Mary Ann Rowe. She is survived by: her children, Tabatha Watts, Kayle Watts, Genoa, Joshua (Millie), Brandon Watts of Hamlin, W. Va and Jonathan Lee Watts (Jessica) of Ohio; her grandson T. J. Watts; and her brother Jesse Rowe (Sherry) of Wayne.
