He is survived by: his sons, Thomas Napier (Drema) of Radnor, WV and Larry Napier (Cecilia) of Huntington, WV; his sisters, Julie Smith of Wayne, WV and Sally Smith (Lowell) of Lavalette, WV; his grandchildren, Bradlea Napier, Brady Napier (Charley) and Nicholas Napier; and his great grandchildren, Conner Ross, Andrew Napier, Tucker Napier and Wynter Napier.
