He was predeceased by: his parents, Reuben Riggs and Thelma Riggs; and his sisters, Wyelda Thompson and Anna Muncy. He is survived by: his wife Jean Riggs; his children, Vickie Ball of Ashland, Don Riggs (Rosie) of Paris, Scott Riggs (Lisa) of Genoa, Mark Riggs (Dee Dee) of Wayne, W. Va, Daryl Riggs (Linda) of Genoa and Todd Riggs (Jennifer) of Lavalette; his sister Janet Chadwick (Pete) of Wayne; his close friend Warren Kazee of Genoa; and his cousin Jason Riggs of Genoa. He is also survived by 26 grandchildren; 29 great-grandchildren.
