He was predeceased by: his parents, Elder Basil and Nettie Scott Napier; his daughter Cindy Napier; and his brother Larry Wayne Napier. He is survived by: his wife Gail Maynard Napier; his sons, Gary Napier, II (Tanya) of Genoa, Steven Napier (Pamela Sue) of Dayton, OH and Michael Brent Napier of Genoa; his sister Donna Kay Hall of Genoa; his grandchildren, Jesse Napier (Laura), Aaron Michael Napier, Shanthi Kumari Napier and Rajkumar Cawniambakkam Napier; and his great grandchild Darcy Grace Napier.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 5th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Morris Funeral Home Chapel (79 Bridge St, Wayne, WV 25570). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, November 5th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
