He was predeceased by: his parents, James Edward Whitt and Betty Vance Whitt Mills; his brothers, Keith, James "Clifford" and Tony Whitt; and his stepfather Arthur "Art" Mills.
He is survived by: his children, Keith, Eddie, Jackie Whitt, Kaylee Whitt and Kimberly Pitts; his siblings, Beatrice Vance, Joanie Wilgor, Kimberly Jennings, James "Jimmy" Whitt and Robert "Rob" Howell; and his stepmother Carolyn Whitt. He is also survived by grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Morris Funeral Home, Wayne, WV to help with funeral expenses.
