He is survived by: his parents, Rosa Webb of Genoa and Marvin Block (Teresa) of Crum; his daughters, Kendra May and Karie Block; his sister Belinda Perry of Columbus; and his stepbrothers, Eddie McLaughlin and Ronnie Webb. He is also survived by seven grandchildren.
