With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Carroll Adkins of Genoa, West Virginia, born in East Lynn, West Virginia, who passed away on April 6, 2021 at the age of 78. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Carroll Adkins to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Cephas Adkins and Mollie Boggs Adkins; his daughter Tammy Copley; his siblings, Talmadge, Edgar Lee, Curtiss, Timothy, Richard Adkins, Loretta Evans, Ethel Tabor and Doris Ilene Adkins; his parents-in-law, Albert and Norma Porter; and his brother-in-law Gary Porter.
He is survived by: his wife Connie L. Porter Adkins; his children, Carolyn Napier (Melvin) of Wayne, Melissa Adkins of West Hamlin, WV and Anthony Adkins (Dora) of Wayne; his grandchildren, Sherea Runyon, Amanda Thompson (Travis), Scott Adkins (Jeanette), Jacob Adkins and Rodney Thomas Copley; his great grandchildren, Rylie Thompson, Mickey Thompson, Allyson Adkins and Raylon Adkins; and his sister Sharon Aliff (George). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
