With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Barbara Ellen Dean of Genoa, West Virginia, born in Logan, West Virginia, who passed away on March 6, 2023 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Roscoe Davis and Mary Adams Davis; her siblings, Jeff Davis, Lucian Davis, Elba Davis, Roscoe Davis Jr., Malchom Davis, Kenneth Davis, Harlan Davis, Jack Davis, Edith Davis, Lucille Davis, Ethel Davis and Eunice Caudill; her sons, Alvis Glen Parson, Donald Ray Parsons, Charles Parsons and Doug Parsons; and her grandson Charles Parsons, II.
She is survived by: her son Keith Fortner (Garnet) of Genoa; her sister Viola Bryant; and her daughter-in-law Charlene Parsons of Genoa. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; 18 great grandchildren; and nine great-great grandchildren.
