He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Earl "Bob" and Elizabeth Ann "Betty" Wyatt Miller; and his brother Mickey Miller. He is survived by: his wife Kimberly J. Mitchell Miller; his sons, Mitchell Miller of Gay and Randall Miller of Gay; his grandchildren, Matthias Miller and Evelyn Miller; his sisters, Chrystal Tanner (Roy) of Spencer, W. Va, Penny Sheeful of Spencer and Shawnetta Miller of St. Albans; and his brother-in-law Tommy R. Mitchell of Spencer. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
