She is survived by: her husband Howard Skinner of Gay; her pet Rocky; her son-in-law Chuck Raines; her siblings, Betty Kerns, Fredrick Kerns, Donald Kerns, William Darrell Kerns, John Keith Kerns (Sharon) of Greenville, OH. and Debbie Wilson; her nephew J. D. Kerns; her siblings-in-law, Dave Wilson, John Jones, Elmer Rhodes and Patsy Kerns; and her parents-in-law, Ruth Skinner and Raymond Skinner.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 2nd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Waybright Funeral Home (511 S Church St, Ripley, WV 25271). A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 2nd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
