She was predeceased by: her mother Mary "Wavie" M. Deboard; her husband Robert M. Miller; her stepfather Darrel "Jiggs" Deboard; and her siblings, Ronnie Moore, Bobby Moore, Leo Deboard and Thelma Lanham.
She is survived by: her children, Angela Blair (Lewis) of Parkersburg, WV, Daniel Moore of Parkersburg, WV and James Roberts (Teresa) of Wharton, WV; her siblings, Jimmy Deboard and Rebecca Merrill; her grandchildren, Natasha Petty (Josh), Tiffany Blair (Jared), Peyton Moore and Scott Reed (Mary); and her great grandchildren, Conner Petty and Adriana Petty.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, February 11th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Pennington Smith Funeral Home (331 Main St, Gauley Bridge, WV 25085). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, February 11th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
