He was predeceased by: his father Perry James "Bud" Carr; and his son Terry James "TJ" Carr II. He is survived by: his wife Roxanna Coleman Carr of Sutton; his daughter Amber Hoard (Nathan Hammons) of Lewisburg; his siblings, Patrick Carr (Shannon) of Sutton and Nancy Carr of Gassaway; his grandchildren, Halie Reeder, Kalyn Carr (Braden) and Joshua Carr; and his great grandchild Avienna Reeder. He is also survived by great grandchild; and several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial donations be made to the Braxton County Animal Shelter, 10 Animal Shelter Lane, Sutton, WV 26601.
