She was predeceased by: her parents, John Mullins and Ina Mullins of Sutton; her son Michael D. Schiefer; and her sisters, Violet McElwain, Velvie Lewis and Myrtle Frame.
She is survived by: her husband Stacy Schiefer; her daughter Tammy Woodrum (Lucky) of Gassaway; her grandchildren, John Schiefer (Crystal) of Gassaway, Toni Schiefer of Rittman, Justin Schiefer of Rittman, Willie Woodrum of Gassaway, Jake Schiefer (Savanna) of Wooster, Zach of Ohio, Sean of Ohio, Ryan Priestly (Tori) of Ohio, Jenna Sanders (Tyler) of Ohio and Crystal Schiefer; her daughter-in-law Tress Schiefer of Rittman, Ohio; and her sister Rita Carr of New York. She is also survived by eight great grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Sylvia "Sibby" Mullins Schiefer, 85, of Gassaway, WV went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, May 25, 2024, after a short battle with Alzheimer's.
