He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Blen Duckworth and Susan Jane Stewart Duckworth; his wife Janet D. Duckworth; his son Steven Kent Duckworth; his siblings, Mary Lee Slaughter, Roscoe "Blen" Duckworth, Burlin "Stewart" Duckworth, Henry B. Duckworth and James "Jim" Duckworth; and his children-in-law, Mary Duckworth and Keith Grantham.
He is survived by: his children, Craig Duckworth, Rick Duckworth (Joyce), Todd Duckworth (Deb), Ken Duckworth (Martha), Lynette Grantham, Myra Duckworth and Kristi Lancaster (Chad). He is also survived by 17 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.
