She was predeceased by: her parents, Darrell "Thomp" Thompson and Sara Marie Metz Thompson; her son Daniel Lemon; and her siblings, Bill Thompson, Chip Thompson and Pat Whitesel.
She is survived by: her husband Lester "Buddy" Lemon III; her children, Lester Chip Lemon, Beverly McMillion and Samantha McMillion; her siblings, Mike Thompson, Fred Thompson, Karen Woods and Sherry Stewart; and her grandchildren, Brent McMillion, Troy McMillion, Miranda Lemon, Charley McMillion and Chelsee McMillion.
