He was predeceased by: his parents, Woodford Yost and Leona Davis Yost; and his sister Mary King. He is survived by: his wife Betty McCumbers of Gassaway; his children, Ronny R. Yost of Akron, Ohio, Louise Yost of Akron, Ohio and Melissa McCumbers of South Port; and his siblings, Ellen Feikert (Jerry) of Smithville, Ohio, Bill Yost of Rosedale and Bob Yost (Caulinbine) of Rittman, Ohio.
