Peggy Ann Hartman Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Peggy Ann Hartman of Gassaway, West Virginia, who passed away on November 8, 2021, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Woodrow Willard Brown and Lelah Maude Singleton; her husband Walter "Skip" Hartman; her stepsons, Daniel and Mark Hartman; and her siblings, Veon Singleton, Sharon Williams, Dorothy Adams and Mattie Taylor.
She is survived by: her close friend Lonnie D. Rose of Braxton County; her children, Paula Farthing (Bill), Penny Lyman (Donald) and Brian Hartman; her stepdaughters, Kelly Sears (Dave) and Lisa Thompson (Stephen); her siblings, Tracy Singleton (Sherry), Linda Spencer (Don) and Treva Racette (John); and her brothers-in-law, J. P. Williams and James Taylor. She is also survived by fourteen grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made "In Memory" of Peggy to WV Hospice and mailed to 21 East Main St. Suite 301, Buckhannon, WV, 26201.
