She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Crowder and Wilma Crowder; her husband David A. Kemper Jr.; and her daughter Tammy Kemper. She is survived by: her children, Debra Lake of Sutton, WV, Steven Kemper (Bonnie) of Grafton, WV, Robert Kemper of Baltimore, MD and Roger Kemper of Baltimore, MD. She is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
