She was predeceased by: her parent Rupert C. Nicholas; and her grandparents, I. A. "Coot", Grace Nicholas, Earl and Lena Nottingham.
She is survived by: her parent Marian Nicholas; her siblings, Judy Davis (Ron) and Rupert A. Nicholas (Valerie); and her nieces and nephews, Kristi, Ian Davis, Nathaniel, Ashley and Caroline Nicholas. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, Karen requested donations be made to Villa Nova Missionary Baptist Church, Duck, WV; Servia Fire Department, Duck, WV; or Chapel Fire Department, Gassaway, WV.
