He is survived by: his wife Barbara Mayes Squires; his daughters, Teresa "Tish" Johnson (Jeff) and Sharon Squires; his grandchildren, Maddie Conley (Barry) and Clayton Johnson (Breanna); his great grandchildren, Levici, Andersen, Maris Conley and Cooper Johnson; and his sister Norma Jo Fleisher of Ohio. He is also survived by his wife, children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
