It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jackie Lee Johnson of Gassaway, West Virginia, who passed away on April 23, 2024, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lantie Davis and Gladys Jones Davis; her husband John "Jim" Johnson; and her siblings, Jim Davis and Lavoo Westfall.
She is survived by: her children, Terry Dobbins of Burnsville, Lisa Rader of Burnsville and Jeff Johnson (Tish) of Gassaway; her sisters, Rene Friend (Bill) of Gassaway and Donna Kay Nottingham of Akron, Ohio; her grandchildren, Jason Marple (Meghan Marple), Christopher Marple (Mary Marple), Maddie Conley (Barry Conley), Clayton Johnson (Bre Johnson), Rebecca Kessler (Ben Dean) and Cassidy Hendricks (Brandon Jarvis); and her great grandchildren, Sophie, Benson, Levici, Andersen, Maris Jade, Coleman, Cooper, Grady and Avalee.
