He is survived by: his parents, Mandy Fraley and Joe Fraley; his fiancée Amber Farrabee; his children, Isabella Payne, Nathan Nicholson and Matthew Rose; and his siblings, Aaron Fraley, Billy Joe Fraley, Cheryl Webbfraley and Rebekah Westfall. He is also survived by his grandparents; aunts and uncles; and nieces and nephews.
