He was predeceased by: his parents, Virgil Clutter and Virgie Mae Fisher Clutter; his daughter Joyce Taylor; his stepsons, Marshall Napier and Ashley Napier; and his siblings, Thearl Clutter, John Clutter, Robert Clutter, Mallie Gillespie and Sharon Collins.
He is survived by: his wife Imogene Clutter; his grandson Doy Taylor III; his stepchildren, Monty Napier and Margaret Cook; his stepgrandchildren, Clayton Napier and Courtney Cook; and his siblings, Rondal Clutter, Donal Clutter, Nellie Bice and Desylvia Harper. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
