She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur C. Gould and Edna Arbogast Gould; her husband Jack R. Frame; her children, Mickel L. Frame, Jack R. Frame, II and Barbara J. Crawford; and her siblings, Gatha Berkle, Barbara Houser, Bob Gould and Arley Gould.
She is survived by: her daughters-in-law, Debrah Frame of Gassaway, WV and Susan Frame of Elkins; and her brothers, Richard Gould of Valley Head and Stanley Gould of Elkins.
