She was predeceased by: her father Kim Mills Jr.. She is survived by: her mother Annis Mills of Welch, Two; and her brothers, Kim Mills, III of Johnson City, TN and Terry Lee Mills (Audrey) of Welch.
Burial will follow the Services Services will be held in accordance with Covid-19 guidelines, mask are to be worn by all attending and social distancing is to be practiced.
