He was predeceased by: his parents, James Horton and Mary Horton of Gary, WV; his sister Dorothy Mae Horton; and his daughter Krystal Michella Horton. He is survived by: his wife Rita L. Horton; his children, Jay T. Horton and Misty L. Horton of Dublin; his grandsons, Rashawn Finley (Tasha) of Pulaski, VA, RaQuan Horton of Dublin, VA., James Horton-Gramby of Dublin, VA. and Khalib Horton of Dublin, VA.; his brother Johnnie Horton (Patricia) of Auburn Hill, MI; his aunt Virginia Finch; and his uncle Willie Horton (Gloria) of Detroit, MI. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and family members.
