He is survived by: his wife Irma Sue Asbury Justice; and his siblings, Orpha Laao of Norfolk, VA, Ethel Pablo of Chesapeake, VA, Lorraine Powers (Ronnie) of Lebanon, VA, Betty Bowles of Avondale, WV, Roy Justice of Chesapeake, VA and Jerry Justice of Middleburg, FL..

Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 5th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Fanning Funeral Home (4299 Coal Heritage Rd, Iaeger, WV 24844). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, November 6th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
