She is survived by: her husband Gary Wayne Adkins of Harrisville; her former husband Robert Jay Kell, Sr. of Parkersburg; her children, Sandra Lynn Minowa (Atushi) of Santa Ana, CA, Robert Jay "Robby" Kell, Jr. of Belpre, OH, David Leslie Kell (Paula LeeAnn) of Harrisville and Michael Paul Kell (Loretta Lynn) of Pullman; her sisters, Wanda Sue Davidson and Loucil Sutphin of Harrisville; her grandchildren, Steven Michael Kell of Harrisville, Hannah Dawn Kell of Harrisville, Nathan Ryan Kell of Harrisville, Destini Brooke Kell of Pennsboro and Sarah Marie Kell of Pullman; her stepgrandchildren, Cheyenne Marie Reed of Johnstown, PA, Austin Christopher Reed and Ethan Delano Kot of Harrisville; and her stepgreat-grandchildren, Synthia Marie Barber of Johnstown, PA., Alexandria LeeAnn Reed of Johnstown, PA. and Jesse Dwight Christopher Craig of Johnstown, PA..
