It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Thomas Hurt Jr. of Gap Mills, West Virginia, born in Hinton, West Virginia, who passed away on February 18, 2021, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Hurt and Kathleen Jones Hurt of Rupert, WV.. He is survived by: his wife Anna Hurt.

Per his wishes, he will be cremated, and a celebration of his life will be held at a later date due to the COVID-19 pandemic restrictions.
