It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Peggy Marie Helms of Gap Mills, West Virginia, who passed away on September 9, 2021, at the age of 58, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Nathan Gill; her brother Joe Gill; and her grandparents, Herb and Hazel Richmond. She is survived by: her mother Janice Gill of Greenville, WV; her husband William Helms of Gap Mills, WV; her children, Debra Comer (Brandon) of Weikle, WV and Thomas Helms (Krista) of Raleigh, WV; her brother Roy Gill (Billie Jean) of Greenville, WV; her grandchildren, Lily, Lelan Comer of Weikle, WV, Leeah and Meya Helms of Peterstown, WV; and her niece Ginny Dunbar of Roanoke, VA..
The family suggests memorial contributions in honor of Peggy be made to the Mt. Prospect Baptist Church or to The Groves-Mann Funeral Home to assist with funeral costs.
