He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Toliver and Mary Bailey Toliver; and his brother Charles "Alvin" Toliver. He is survived by: his grandchildren, Shanelle, Eric, Shanice, Krystian, Nicholas, MiMi, Letty, Jaden, Eathen, Brayden, Cameron, Nevaeh, Kylie, Issac and Mia; his siblings, Shirley Brackenridge (Butch), Mae Brown, Mary Toliver and Pete Toliver (Joyce); his sister-in-law Mildred Toliver; and his close friends, Ray, Katie Erskine and Donald Green. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
