He was predeceased by: his parent James W. "Bill" Lewis. He is survived by: his parent Melissa Griffith Lewis of Myrtle Beach, SC; his wife Joy Mentz Lewis of Sweet Springs, WV; his grandson Justin Lewis of Hopewell; his daughter Jessica Callison; and his brothers, Richard Lewis (Wife), James "BooBoo" Lewis and Bryant Lewis. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
The family suggests that donations in his name be made to Peyton Hospice House;.
