He was predeceased by: his parents, Dallas Williams and Irene Patton Williams; his wife Dona Wickline Williams; his sister Teresa Weikle; and his father-in-law Dwight Wickline.
He is survived by: his children, Steven Williams of Gap Mills, WV and Rebecca Davis of Bridgeport, WV; his sister Nancy Baker of Cookeville, TN; his mother-in-law Dorothy Wickline; his brother-in-law Michael Wickline of Gap Mills, WV; and his granddaughters, Abbie Williams (Hayden Rice) of Covington, VA and Hailie Williams (Eli) of Morgantown, WV.. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Those planning on attending the graveside service are asked to meet at the cemetery by 12:30 p. m. Due to the regulations associated with the COVID-19 Pandemic, those attending the service are asked to social distance and wear a mask.
