He was predeceased by: his parent Samp Stover; and his former wife Bernice Lee Stover. He is survived by: his parent Dona Bailey Stover; his wife Shelia Stover of Gap Mills, WV; his stepdaughter Melody Daniel (Mark) of Harper, WV; his siblings, Dunrith Vest of Indiana and Shirley Eststep (Ronald) of Dorothy, WV; his granddaughter Mallory Daniel of Harper, WV; and his cousins, Sammy Stover and Donald Stover of Mansfield, OH. He is also survived by nephew; and several other nieces, nephews, and cousins.
