It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Louella Lowe of Gandeeville, West Virginia, who passed away on December 5, 2020, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Billy C. Lowe; and her parents, Hobert Green and Enola Green. She is survived by: her son Larry Lowe (Judy) of Gandeeville; her grandsons, Kevin and Rick Lowe; and her siblings, Winoma, Georgie, Linda, Terry, Harold and Shirley. She is also survived by 6 Great Grandchildren, 3 Great Great Grandchildren.
